A warm welcome to Fitness First Baker Street Gym (Black Label Club).
On 8th September 2008, the world’s largest health club group opened their London flagship club at 55 Baker Street. This £2 million gym will provide its members with the highest standard of facilities and service.
As well as a stunning 20 metre swimming pool, the club features a large cardio vascular area with all the latest, easy to use, Life Fitness gym equipment. To keep you motivated whilst you are working out, each piece of cardiovascular equipment is linked to our Cardio Theatre programme allowing you to watch your favourite TV shows or workout to your kind of music.
To tone and strengthen your body, Fitness First Baker Street Gym offers both free and resistance weights to ensure that you get the best results from your training.
If you’re looking for variety from your fitness routine, the club will have two exercise studios; Group exercise and Spinning. The Group exercise studio will offer the very best selection of workouts including Yoga, Pilates, Body Pump, Body Combat and Body Balance.
With the increased popularity of boxing and boxing training, the club also features a 14ft square boxing ring, a first for the area.
